I was a first time home buyer and I had no idea where to begin.
I decided to visit an open house and it changed my life. Carla was the realtor hosting the open house, she listened to my story and we agreed to meet at a later time. Carla contacted me within a couple of days and held my hand through the next steps. She secured a lender for me and we started shopping. House hunting can be daunting, overwhelming or just fun. Carla made it even more fun. It felt like I was spending time with an old friend, she was patient, knowledgeable, and calm. After losing out on a couple of houses, we found my forever home in about a month, not easy to do in the current market. My journey began in August and I settled into my home November 1. I consider Carla a lifetime friend and highly recommend her for your home buying/selling needs. She did both for my mom, sold her home and helped her with her condo purchase.
